Return Policy

*Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

* Returned items will need a Return Authorization number.   Please call or email us for an R.A. number prior to shipping. The R.A. number MUST be written on the outside of the return package.

* If an item is sent back to us for return without an R.A. number it will be refused.

* No charge on size or style exchanges. (except shipping)

Print order form mail or send us an email.  Please include all the information listed on order form. You can also order through Pay-Pal from each page.

Ordering Information

U.S. Shipping Charges:

You may choose to have your packages shipped via UPS or USPS.  Most orders will be sent USPS unless otherwise specified.

Next Day or 2nd Day service is available upon request.

Damaged Shipments:

UPS shipping losses will be replaced only if you follow these steps:

1.  If your package is received in damaged condition, refuse it and notify us immediately. UPS will return the damaged package to us and we will reship.

2.  If loss or damage is found after package is opened, hold all items, packing and shipping carton. NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY . We will explain how you can put in a claim with a UPS representative. Do not destroy packing or carton, as UPS will not honor any claim if carton cannot be inspected by them.

Phone Orders:

We accept phone orders any time but most of the time you will have to leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.  Fill out your order form completely and give us a call. We can help you work out the details on sizes, fabric and colors. We do not offer a COD service.

Fill out and sign your order form completely, include your personal check, money order or when paying with visa or m/c, please call  (208)312-4364. Please include shipping.  Call us to get current shipping or tax amounts.

Important Notice:

From time to time there may be information on our website or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Christine Unique Apparel, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping Time:

Items that need to be ordered or made up may take 6 to 8 weeks. We have a few garments which are only made up at time of order. Please ask about availability if you have any time questions.

* Any item returned must be in new condition as received (you wear it, you own it).

* Altered garments sewn or styled to your specifications cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

*We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on items returned for refund.

* Shipping charges are not refundable.
